Hope Bartimioli Thal

H.B. Thal is a Los Angeles based composer, producer and songwriter known for her versatile contributions to both film and television. Getting her start as an orchestrator, she has lent her talents to major projects such as Minari, The Woman King, and Presumed Innocent, among others. Hope also worked closely as an assistant to composer Alex Geringas on several high profile films and TV series, including Blue's Big City Adventure, Batwheels, Trolls, and Arlo the Alligator Boy. Hope has made a significant mark as a songwriter and producer, collaborating with a range of artists across various genres. Her songs have been feature on platforms including MTV, ESPN, Netflix, and the CW. Notable, she contributed the end title song for the 2024 Nickelodeon feature, No Time to Spy A loud House Movie & won first place in the 2024 International Songwriting Competition in the category of R&B and Soul. Hope's compositional work spans both additional writing and lead composing roles. Her credits include Trollstopia, Trolls the Beat Goes On!, I Heart Arlo, and My Favorite Girlfriend, as well as lead composer on projects such as American Girl's Kavi, Girl of the Year, Hi I just Moved Here, and Give me an A.
