Catherine Joy

Catherine Joy is a Tasmanian composer working in Hollywood. She's  received multiple awards including best score for doc Gold Balls and  short Chimera, and the SCL David Raksin Emerging Talent award for Home  Is A Hotel.  She scored numerous films for Reel One Entertainment and  Lifetime, and composed additional music for projects from Disney,  Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Sony, Discovery and History channel. Catherine is  the past President of the AWFC, on the board of directors for the SCL,  PGEC for the Television Academy Music Branch and Adjunct Faculty for the  NYU Screen Scoring Masters program.
