Laurie Geltman

Laurie Geltman is an award-winning rock singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles.  Laurie began her career in the vibrant Boston music scene fronting her own band as vocalist, songwriter and lead guitarist.  Laurie has released four albums, toured legendary venues from CBGB’s in New York City and The Bluebird in Nashville to a palace in Kathmandu, and shared the stage with many musical icons such as Joe Cocker, Emmylou Harris, Leon Russell, Patty Griffin, Rick Danko (The Band) and Aimee Mann. 

  

Baltimore-born and Boston-raised, Laurie began playing guitar and writing songs at the age of 7.  With a life-long passion for photography and the visual arts, Laurie was a Broadcasting and Film major at Boston University and studied Art History in Paris prior to graduating from Berklee School of music, where she focused on guitar and film scoring. Geltman is also an avid writer and in her boxes of journals you'll find the seeds to most of her songs. Laurie currently writes and produces with songwriters in Los Angeles and beyond where she focuses on Ads, TV and film.
